Walk of Love
WE WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP!
Each Saturday we meet at 10:30 am at our center to receive a truck load of fresh food to give to residents and homeless families. We unload the truck and separate the food inside our center. We basically set up a free store to serve those in need.

The Walk of Love is an Elijah’s Heart outreach ministry whose purpose is to bring food and supplies to families living in Nashville and other city’s poorest communities.
Each month we are blessed to take food and necessities to hundreds of poor and at-risk children and parents.
Children need our help…right now!
IT’S A WONDERFUL TIME TO GIVE!
Several years ago, while Denise and he were visiting a single mother with six children, Papa Joe noticed that no toilet paper was in the bathroom. There was a Yellow Pages phone book with a third of the pages torn out. The children were using the Yellow Pages as toilet paper. This type of poverty should not be found in communities in a country so blessed with resources.
Please go to our donate page and give as your heart of love compels you here online or through mail.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
Papa Joe and Denise personally invite you to visit Music City Nashville to hand deliver food and other items directly to the children and families in entire low income inner city communities. If you or your group are interested in volunteering at upcoming events, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your family, group, church, business or organization. We have volunteers of all ages and backgrounds come together and “tour” these communities to not only meet practical needs but to touch lives with love in action.
Through the Walk of Love, Papa Joe, Denise and the Elijah’s Heart team has found and aided thousands of children and their families and with your help many more lives can be impacted.
Whether you are unloading food boxes, going door to door with supplies, or just coming along with your family to support, your presence is valuable and expresses love to the people we serve. Even a smile can touch someone’s life!
Our vision is to expand this movement of love not just to other cities but to other nations!
